Barbara Weitz and The JSCA Education Committee proudly announce the start of a four-part movie series: Jewish Films in the Diaspora
In 1979, more than 80 percent of Iran’s Jews abandoned their ancestral land, leaving behind a vestigial community of just 20,000. A courageous Iranian film presents a timely portrait of the remnants of those Jewish communities and the strength of their faith that allows them to hang on.
(Information on the final two movies to be announced in the March JSCA E-Blast.)
Cost: JSCA members - No charge; Non-members - One-time charge of $18.00
